Reepham and Aylsham practice is committed to delivering a high standard of patient care and we are pleased that the CQC have acknowledged this by rating our Effective and Caring Services as ‘good’. This reinforces the message that our patients and staff can have confidence that our clinical team continue to provide a high quality service and that they are our number one priority.

The areas that the CQC have highlighted as requiring review are mainly regarding internal policies and procedures which have been, and are continuing to be, reviewed and updated. Our practice team is determined that the practice will be given an improved rating as soon as possible. We will be working closely with the North Norfolk Commissioning Group to ensure we achieve our goal.
