What is GDPR and how will it effect me?

From Friday 25th May the data protection law is changing.  The EU General Data Protection Regulation, known as GDPR, will set higher standards and accountability for organisations to keep personal data secure and protected.  It also gives you more control over your data, including how other organisations contact you.

Like many other organisations we have been working hard to make sure we comply with the new General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) .

Protecting your data is really important to us, and always has been.  We’ve recently updated our Privacy Policy, so if you would like to read it in more detail please click the link provided or you can ask reception for a copy.

This  policy describes how medical information about you may be used and disclosed and how you can get access to this information.
