PATCHS, our new online consultation tool
We have listened to our patients and our staff regarding making our online consultation system accessible and simple to use. We are pleased to announce that we are launching a new online tool called PATCHS which will replace our previous provision week commencing 6th March.
The new online consultation service offers a secure, confidential, simple, and flexible way for patients and carers to contact their GP practice – it will not replace face to face appointments or our telephone services. This is an improved way for you to contact us through our website.
Contact my GP practice > continue with PATCHS > Create an account
The new system will allow you to easily submit a clinical or non-clinical query direct to our staff and can be used by our registered patients, or by carers on their behalf.
To request repeat prescriptions, you should continue to follow the current process we have in place.
Please note:
- Each patient will need to create an account if wanting to use online consultations
- This will not be replacing any other contact method in place – all phonelines will remain the same
