We are keen to re-establish our patient participation group (PPG). We would like feedback from across our patient population groups.
Non-urgent advice: The aim of the PPG will be:
Contribute to the continuous improvement of our services.
Help improve communications between patients and the practice.
Provide practical support and help.
Contact will mainly be in the format of a survey or questionnaire which will be sent ad-hoc via text or email, whichever is your preferred contact method. Occasionally, we might offer a face to face or a remote PPG.
